The clubs from the Premier League keeps spending money like crazy, as Manchester City completes $76 million deal for Raheem Sterling. Raheem Sterling is on his way to Manchester City. City and Liverpool has agreed on a $76 million transfer fee. The initial payment is said to be $68 million and then there are add-ons that bring the figure up to $76 million. Read more about Sterling’s move to City here. The 20-year-old winger is an English international and will be helpful for City as they’ve lost several homegrown players including Frank Lampard and Micah Richards.

Manchester United has brought in two central midfielders in the past 24 hours. Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin are the newest members of the Red Devils and will be on the team’s pre-season tour in the United States. Schweinsteiger, 30, come from Bayern Munich and brings a lot of experience to the pitch. He has over 100 caps for the German national team and has served as the captain since Philipp Lahm’s retirement from the national team. He has a World Cup title, a Champions League title and several Bundesliga titles on his resume. Schweinsteiger has signed a three-year deal.
Schneiderlin, 25, has spent the last seven years at Southampton and has been one of the Saints best players for several seasons. Schneiderlin was pretty open with the fact that he wanted to leave St. Mary’s Stadium, and several teams were interested in the services of the 25-year-old Frenchman. Schneiderlin has signed a five-year contract with United.

Palermo has completed the deal with PSV’s Swedish midfielder Oscar Hiljemark. The 23-year-old Swede had an impressive Under-21 European Championship as Sweden shocked and won the tournament after penalty kicks against Portugal in the final. Hiljemark spent X seasons in the Dutch league with PSV and previously played for Elfsborg IF in the Swedish Allsvenskan. Hiljemark has signed a four-year deal with Palermo.

Former Arsenal midfielder Andrey Arshavin is switching clubs in the Russian Premier League. The 34-year-old Russian spent four years with Arsenal between 2009-2013 before heading back to Russia and Zenit St. Petersburg. Kuban Krasnodar revealed on Monday that they have signed Arshavin who has 75 caps for the Russian national team.

Leicester City appointed a new manager on Monday as they revealed that Claudio Ranieri will be the man taking the reigns for the Foxes. Ranieri has a pretty impressive resume including stints at Chelsea, Inter Milan and Valencia. Ranieri has signed a three-year deal with the club.

FC Porto has signed goalkeeper Iker Casillas. Casillas, 34, has spent his whole career with Real Madrid and has won a slew of titles with Los Merengues, including three Champions League titles and five La Liga titles. He’s also won both the World Cup and European Championship with the Spanish national team. Casillas has signed a two-year deal with an option for a third. Casillas has 162 caps for the Spanish national team, most of any Spanish player, and played over 700 games for Real Madrid.

Chelsea has signed a new backup goalkeeper in Asmir Begovic. The 28-year-old Bosnian international spent the last five years with Stoke City and has established himself as one of the better keepers in the Premier League. He will have to take a backseat to Thibaut Courtois as the young Belgian is the undisputed number one in net for Chelsea, something that led them to sell Petr Cech to Arsenal last week. Begovic has played 171 Premier League games in his career and has 41 caps for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
